The property is composed of three villas, featuring interior design inspired by a refined eclecticism: a dialogue between different styles, with unusual pairings that give the spaces an elegant refinement and personality. The spacious living room, where breakfast is served, is the heart of the common areas: a comfortable and intimate place to gather, with three large sofas for conversation, playing, reading, and finding time for oneself and others, away from the relentless flow of stimuli from the digital world.
The 11 rooms, each with a distinctive style, share ample bright spaces, arched and coffered ceilings, and wall decorations restored by the artist Carmen Avilia. The spa room is a corner dedicated to well-being and relaxation, equipped with a hot tub, sauna, and qualified professionals available by appointment for rejuvenating and toning treatments and massages.
Guests are offered the opportunity to reserve the property for exclusive use, for private or corporate events, and to enjoy dinners prepared by the best chefs, carefully selected from the talents of this region rich in gastronomic traditions.
Outdoor space
The spacious outdoor area, featuring a large private swimming pool, is where various activities for guests are concentrated. Surrounded by nature in a beautifully maintained rural landscape, it is possible to enjoy a moment of relaxation, savoring a good wine in the shade of an ancient tree or by the poolside. Guests can take a dip or play chess on the life-sized outdoor chessboard.
They can participate in yoga classes or personalized training sessions, pottery workshops, natural cooking lessons, and eco-conscious activities for both adults and children, as well as initiatives promoting well-being aimed at corporate teams. A Finnish barrel sauna, ideal for restoring well-being even in the winter months, is available to guests in a shaded and secluded area, away from the common spaces.
A portion of the estate is dedicated to cultivating an organic garden, the produce of which can be used to offer genuine tasting experiences that are respectful of the environment and the seasons.
